Kathleen is a friendly and helpful Advisor. She is always very caring towards her clients. She will also drop a message to us to check on our well- being and all.Kathleen is very efficient in her work and certainly very patient explaining the product to us whenever we are in doubt. Sometimes when I feel that my questions are nonsensical, she will still explain it well and clear all my doubts. Whenever we meet up, I don’t feel like she’s just my FA but instead like being out with a sister! :)
