Friendly and Outgoing. Back then I have met Kat online, and today shehas became my financial planner. She takes the effort and time to explain every detail of the plan that I am interested in, making sure that I understand all of them. Kat doesn't hard sell any plans, in fact she makes sure that I am able to afford the plan before getting me to sign on it. Hence, she makes me feel really comfortable talking and hanging out with her thereafter too. She also sends out newsletter every month to us, Kat is definitely a go to and trustworthy consultant! :)
