Kathleen was a complete stranger to me initially and I was of course skeptical about meeting her & discussing about my financial needs/ plans. BUT! I quickly found her to be really personable, not minding to patiently explaining things over a few times for me to understand. I found it rather easy to open upand sharing my concerns with her. Along with that, with her forthright nature has made her well-suited to be a financial advisor!
