I first came across Kathleen by chance, through a marketing effort on Instagram, and I'm glad to have left my contact details there! As with all engagements with salespersons, I was quite apprehensive at first. However, Kathleen's personable nature made it easy to speak. Conversations with her are never transactional based but rather, informative.

Overtime, her bubbly personality reveals in subsequent conversations and I appreciate how she's always so smile-y and makes me feel very at ease reaching out for questions. I appreciate how she takes time to listen and understands, and never once did she come across as pushy or engage in hard-selling. Her respect for her clients, whom she treats like her friends, is something I value.

In servicing her clients, she's always well-prepared ahead of meetings and remembers the little things that I have raised - be it questions, concerns or future contemplations, no matter how much time has lapsed! It's the little things like these that shows that she genuinely puts her heart into meeting the needs of her clients (or friends), and this has naturally built the trust that I have in her advice.

Her turnaround time for replies is always speedy, even if I've been extremely lag in my replies! It heartens me that she's never once shown any slack nor hold little regard of my questions or our conversations even at times when my replies are slow-moving. On an ongoing basis, she constantly reaches out with invitations to educational seminars (no post-event selling!) and of course, not forgetting her monthly newsletters that she dedicates time and effort in preparing every month!

Her attainment of the Prudential's Million-dollar round table in just within1 year into the industry is a testament to her dedication in giving her fullest to her clients (or friends!) Rather than a transactional agent-client relationship, I'm glad a friendship of some sort had budded between us and I do foresee a long-term engagement with Kathleen on insurance services, for as long as she's in the industry!
