With Kat, it was different... I'm glad to have made the decision to entrust Kat with my financial planning and policies. I've had other agents prior to Kat, and I didn't quite like it as the interactions with them felt very transactional. Kat is never pushy, she respects my decisions and is always there to advice and help me with regards to any financial concerns. What I like about the the most is that she's very sincere and shows genuine concern during our conversations, which is a very rare trait in people nowadays. She may be new to the industry, but she has alot of potential as she's passionate, hardworking and eager to learn. Keep it up and I believe you'll soar to greater heights :)
