Kat is Understanding, Thoughtful & Caring. I am thankful that I got a friendly and caring agent in return at the end of our meet up. When I first received a call back then from Kathleen and found out that she was from Prudential, I initially rejected her as I already have a couple policies under Prudential with another agent. However, she spoke and persuaded me to meet up with her for a second opinion.Kathleen took the time to understand my lifestyle and spending habits to share more on how I can and should save subsequently.

She was also able to answer all of my questions I had with my current policies although she wasn't responsible for those. She also introduced another savings policy to me, but she was never pushy nor insisted that I get it. Although I was kinda skeptical taking on another policy at the beginning, she still took the time to explain the pros and cons of getting another policy on top of my existing ones, the one she was introducing, and also calculated the monthly costs for me. Through it all, she left it to me to decide for myself whether or not I wanted to take on another policy.

One thing that stood out to me about her is the extra effort she puts in for her clients. Usually, all you would get would be a yearly birthday/new year/CNY/Xmas card from your agent and some texts now and then on the ongoing promotions. However, Kathleen stood out from the crowd. She comes up with her own monthly newsletters for her clients! What's more, not long after I signed on with her, she snail-mailed me a little care package as it was during phase 2! Like they say, it's the little things that matter, and Kat definitely is someone I can count on (:
